About these names
A paladin's name is half person, half vow. This generator builds it in two parts, a given name and a second name that names what they have sworn themselves to, then adds a Sir, Dame or Brother if you want one, so every result reads like a holy warrior with an oath behind them.
Paladin names lean noble and a little old-fashioned, the kind that would not look out of place carved on a chapel wall: Cassian, Seraphine, Gideon, Honoria. What turns a given name into a paladin's is the second name, and there are three ways to build it. An epithet is a sworn virtue worn openly, Cassian the Pure, Honoria the Steadfast. A holding ties the paladin to a holy seat or birthplace, Seraphine of Dawnhold, Gideon of Lightspire. An order names the sacred fellowship they serve, Marius of the Silver Hand, Verena of the Burning Sword. Over the top of any of these sits an optional title: Sir and Dame for the knighted, or Brother and Sister for those sworn to a holy order. Put it together and you get Dame Seraphine of the Wild Hunt or Brother Marius the Implacable, a name that carries a whole backstory in a breath. The four oaths here echo the D&D paladin oaths, so a name slots straight onto a character sheet. For the craft behind the choice, the paladin naming guide goes deeper, and the knight name generator is the natural companion for the secular side of the same chivalry.
Devotion names are radiant and holy, sworn to the light, for the classic shining paladin. Ancients names are green and fey, sworn to life and the first light, for the paladin of the wild. Crown names are sworn to a realm and its order, noble and dutiful, for the paladin who serves a throne. Vengeance names are grim and implacable, the oathbound avenger who will see a wrong answered whatever the cost.
The Style control sets the second name: Epithet for a sworn virtue, Holding for a holy seat, Order for a sacred fellowship, or Any for a spread. Gender shapes the given name and the title, so masculine names take Sir or Brother and feminine names take Dame or Sister, always matching the name. Turn off Add a title for the plain name without a Sir or Dame, and use Length to keep names short or let a holding carry an extra epithet.

Grim oathbound avengers, like Brother Marius the Implacable or Dame Verena of the Burning Sword.
Naming tips
Let the second name carry the oath: a Devotion paladin is the Pure or of the Silver Hand, a Vengeance paladin the Implacable or of the Burning Sword. The given name can be plain; the oath does the talking.
Sir and Dame suit a paladin knighted by a realm; Brother and Sister suit one sworn to a holy order. Drop the title entirely for a humbler oath-taker or a paladin who has not yet been raised.
Choose a name, hit Refine, lock the part you like and shuffle the rest.
