Naming tips
A ship's name gets shouted in a storm, so the best ones are short and vivid: the Sea Wolf, the Gilded Tide, the Drowned Lady. Two words, easy to bellow, easy to fear.
A naval ship of the line sounds proud, a pirate raider sounds dangerous, a ghost ship sounds cursed. Pick the kind, Naval, Pirate, Merchant, Airship or Ghost, to fit who sails her.
Close but not quite? Choose a name, hit Refine, and roll close variations until one feels right painted on the hull.
